SENIOR BUREACRATS ARE NERVOUS WITH THE FEAR OF UPCOMING OF LOKPAL BILL

ARE SENIOR BUREACRATS NERVOUS WITH THE FEAR OF UPCOMING OF LOKPAL BILL

More & more senior officers are disturbed and nervous due to upcoming of LOKPAL BILL in the winter session. The illegal wealth which they have amassed in connivance with politicians in different rules have become a major cause of tension and nervousness –clauses which specify forfeiture of all property in his name and their blood relations; and punishment till death. They are more worried and nervous after forfeituring of Kothi of an IAS officer in Bihar.

They are worried whether they would loose job,2. What will be fate of their children who are spending lavish style life, 3. Whether their property would be forfeited, 4. Whether they would have to remain behind bar till death.,,and so more...? All these question are baffling and perturbing them for the sins which they had committed in past to please their bosses to get promotion and placement at corrupt place and for greed of money.

It is an only first example that a senior UP IPS officer,D.P.Mishra may be honest but he is nervous because he had committed many wrong omission and commission at the instances of his senior and political bosses- who has busted & alleged a massive corruption in the Uttar Pradesh government, was BRANDED “mentally ill” and forcibly taken to a hospital by a police team on Friday.

He said that “Corruption was rampant in the state government departments. The senior bureaucrats are promoting corruption”. Mishra said and added “top officers demanded cut and commission on the purchases made by the fire services department recently”. He had even threatened to make public files containing evidence of the massive embezzlement in the purchase of equipment made by the fire services department. He may be with fear-shifting the onus of corruption.

“When I opposed to pay corruption money, senior bureaucrats humiliated me and that’s when I decided I would not be a mute spectator any more,” Mishra said.
This is universal that money is collected from junior officers and are forwarded to senior bosses for onward hand over to political bosses, and booty so collected from public, is distributed tough channelised system from bottom to top.

Who do not know that there are rampant corruption in railways, police, tehsil, RTA offices, hospitals, food & supply department and all types of government purchases and tenders besides against newly appointment in the state department.

It appears that more honest officers who had to bow before their bosses, may put the files before public before the passing of LOKPALL BILL and forfeiture of illegal property bill to save their skin due to psychosis.

Corrupt officers are more worried and bogey against Anna team for pressurising the government to bring strong and affective bill so that the rope around corrupt officers could be tightened. This has badly nervous honest as well as corrupt officers of high rank.

Mishra’s colleagues said he was “an honest and upright” officer and was well-behaved. “Mishra had a fantastic relationship with all employees in the department,” said a police officer.

When he is honest than why he was branded insane. Is every honest officers in coming days will be branded insane if he bring forth illegal deeds of his seniors and politician,s bosses.
