WILL EVER LOKPAL BILL BE PASSED ? OR A  HIGH PACKED TAMASHA BY ALL?!

Will the Lokpal bill be ever  passed in Indian Parliament , it is a big question for every citizen of India to see. Right from Anna and his team, elected members of parliament are all doing tamasha but I have no iota of doubt that free India will ever have Independent Lokpal. It took 43 years to get passage from Lok Sabha , and it must at least take another 57 years to get passage out of Rajya Sabha . Because having looted the nation, corrupt people must enact Lokpal bill at the centenary of Independence.

To deal with corruption, there are already CVC, CBI, Prevention of corruption bill, money laundering bill, departmental inquiry but all are no enough to the expectation of common men. Government never nip the evil in the bud. So long, people are generating black money in their business by unfair means they will always bribe the concerned employee to save them selves  from ambit of any bill dealing with corruption

The bill is hanging in parliament for the last 43 years for clearance to be named Act but all MPs under one pretext and another are not allowing to pass it out from the ambit of parliament fearing that if the vicious circle of corruption how they will get money for contesting the election. At least, in democracy, it is the government by the people and by the money of people also if it is for people.

Every one is failed to understand the role of opposition in the parliament to oppose the bill on Article 252 and 253, on reservation for minorities in the lokpal bill, though these are all irrelevant question to deal with the corruption. Why the MPs were not raising that the corruption person be jailed till death from 2 years to 10 years instead of ranging f,  what more could be done so that official do not engage themselves in the corruption but no body raised this issues. The intention of the members within the Lok Sabha was clear to block the bill for passage.

BJP is more interested in showing his  power  in parliament rather than passing the bill so they chose irrelevant objections than strengthening the penelity and punishment. They all the time want to score their defeat with congress in showing them down because they could never push the lokpal bill during their tenure while in power.

You see history and the role of BSP, SP and RJD, they always speak loudly in the parliament but on every controversial bill, they walk out to help the ruling party because they are all under cloud of corruption and have been booked by CBI for corruption.

If you go for history of political corruption you shall find that all religion parties are responsible for corruption in public life, because these parties are run by one family, you can see Akali Dal, Chautala party, Mayawati Party, Jayalitta party, Karunanidhi parties, Lalu Yadav parties, -all are under CBI net for amasing money & wealth by unfair means and corruption. Three regional parties are so far exception like Mamta party, and Naveen Patnaik party which are still from corruption charges of any nature. They run the government as family business.

The role of Anna to run parallel agitation with the proceeding of the parliament was biggest foolish question so it fails because people first want to see what happen in the parliament because they want have a act to deal with corruption- A lokpal  bill though controversial have been passed in Lok Sabha-not tamasha by Anna when every body knows that  the paramount duty and statuary power of making any bill rest with parliamentarian.  The bill can not be made in street by tamishbeen.

The very purpose of the bill is to nap the corrupt and restrict the further corruption as deterrent, the congress has madethe bill which has encircle the majority of people in its ambit beside governmentemployee-all NGO, trust, society and any organisation etc when  ever they have taken donation from the government in any shape, have been covered covered under the lokpal bill besides the list of public servant as envisaged in Prevention of corruption Act 1988. The  opposition is not concerned about that they are more interested that the bill in any form should not become the law to deal with corruption.

Before passing the lokpal bill, the government must bring the bill of election funding, and restricting the regional parties role in the centre Unless these both reform are not brought you can not have a dream of “Corruption Free India” because at least political parties are to collect fund to run the parties in lavish manner and  have to support financially regional parties on which they depend to form the government in centre.

Secondly,  the quota for any minister of any type of nature be immediately be banned, and all the payment in case of any type subsidies be routed through banking channel so that the the government fund could not reach in the hands of corrupt minister and corrupt officials thirdly, the 1000 rupee note be withdrawn because all corrupt people are piling millions of rupee at their may be actual or fake, all the registry of plots and house be verified for all those who are income tax payees which are not more than 4crore.

So,  if you are truly sincere to nation and want to actually wipe out the corruption than in one day or another day these measure will have to take to make corruption free India.
