Women Outrage Against Gang Rapes & Govt Apathy

   On 21/12/2012, the girls and women of free India went to  president of India to protest against daily gang rape of women incidents through out India. They were of wrong in impression that  president palace is occupied by human being and by those person who remained home minister of India too. They perhaps they had forgotten that president of India is symbolic and power of UPA's  government all rest with Sonia hands

 Instead of our president talked to his citizen rather his police used batons, tear gas and water cannon to turn back thousands of people marching on the presidential palace in intensifying protests against the gang-rape of a woman on the streets and on social media. 

Why President of India or prime inister do not address nation against evil of Gang rape? He has all government machinery at his disposal to make arrangement to address the protesters but perhaps he is soul less and has proved that he is not more than rubber stamp at the huge cost of public tax money.

Amongst protesters, largely college students, are demanding the death penalty for the accused and safety assurances for women. The rate of crime has increased many fold but our president feels never ashamed of what is happening in his regime.

   The protesters were beaten and the agitation which was going peaceful by women was forced to take law in their hands by barbaric used of lathi charge on girls and women.

Saturday's demonstration was prompted by public outrage over the incident of gang-rape and beating of a 23-year-old woman on a moving bus in the capital on December 16 by six person shamelessly.

Authorities haven't released the real name of the rape victim, but protesters are calling her "Damini," which means "lightning" in Hindi. "Damini" is also a 1993 Bollywood film whose lead female character fights for a housemaid who was a victim of a sexual assault.

The government is totally helpless though they have been given constitutional power to issue ordinance in needs to issue any new law or to amend the existing law but government do not want to choose this option, and looking that this agitation will come to end automatically.

 All the congress ministers are mum because the protesters had direct talk with chairperson of the Congress government so they  do not want to talk further. Prime minister in waiting Rahul Gandhi also talked to protesters but shows his helplessness to  bring change at once. 

The judiciary system is already under burden of million of cases and thee are not in position to decide the case on day to day basis but Home minster of state are assuring that the rape case would be trailed in "fast Track Court" which is not possible. 

The government is full of leading lawyers but they have no ready solution to satiate the pubic that the CrPc & IPC can be amended by ordinance but all want the situation to be precipitated further to do politics on the issue of modesty of women too.

Public is very much aware of what happened to their previous agitation to compel government to bring "Lok pal Bill" which they till day did not bring again in Rajya Sabha despite confirmation that on next day of winter session they will put the amended Lok Pal Bill on the table of house but they never did it.

The basic problem with the government is that they do not want to solve the problems and grievances being faced by citizens of free India because they know fate of any agitation at last as they have failed agitation against corruption led by "Anna Hazare" and our people representative have become new kings and princes of the country with corruption and dynasty rule in all sates have been adopted by corrupt voters too.............
