About 20 years back, the women were confined to home, but now they are working with shoulder to shoulder with men for the growth of India. So they have to come out of his house for day or night.
She needs protection for their softness by nature but rampant corruption in government offices and political level, has made ineffective all the system of the country.
"Women modesty is at stake in India with change of society and fashion amongst women and girl". The value for which India is known, everyone has forgotten. New society has developed instead of cultural society where children respected parent and care parent for their repute, health and wealth.

On 22 December, the demonstrators comprising girls and boys gathered right from the morning
at India Gate and marched to Raisina Hill where Rashtrapati Bhavan to amend law to safegurd against 'gang rape'. The
Prime Minister’s Office are also located there.
Though, the number of arrests for
eve-teasing, sexual harassment and abduction of women have increased as they demonstrate from records, but women molestation
are already about 10% more than last year's and the tally of
apprehensions for rape and molestation are not considerably behind.With the liberation of economy and modernization, more and more women are being targeted for satiation of sex and hate. It looks as male are adopting mentality of Libyan President Godaffi because they have no fear of law and police to take revenge for trifle and they trifle the women.
It is totally wrong to blame police alone or to call it lack of a constant police presence allows criminals to commit bolder offenses. To police Indians than we need, every policemen after atleast 500 Indians to enforce law. You can not find police every were to protect you on the others hand. Both the Indian police and criminals have become brothers in encouraging crime because police need monthly from criminals.
There is need to have a check legally on the police behavior by civil society. Now a days, people are coming to police department not to serve and protect nation but to mint money with hands in gloves with criminals. Than how you expect protection from police???
The basic problem is that due to constant interference of politicians in the affairs of law enforcing agencies and by courts, human right activists and press has made police ineffective and non-proactive. "The laws are in place, but it's a question of enforcement and police vigil".
Acknowledging the disquieting development of such affairs, the joint commissioner of Mumbai police (crime) Himanshu Roy rightly said, "A nationwide campaign is needed to re-ignite India's core values. This can come only through consensus in society. Men who turn a blind eye to such brutal acts in their neighborhoods, communities and families are just as culpable as those who perpetrate the acts. Action from courts and police will not suffice if the community remains defiantly opposed to change."
Former police officer and lawyer Y P Singh suggested police use preventive sections under the Code of Criminal Procedure against suspected offenders to create a deterrent. Even in a minor complaint lodged by a woman, he said, police should make the offender sign a bond under section 107 of the code.
The opposition leader in the Lok Sabha has rightly suggested that the rapist must be punished under IPC 302. The question arises than why parliament do not incorporate it urgently. At least all keys of law making factories are in their hands. Who has stopped them and how long they will awaken to make law when they failed in last 44 years to make law to stop corruption. " Why they(Our MPs) are not proactive and their mind only work when any issue become cancer in the society".
Everyone will agree that there is need to give death sentence, at least to those who rape teenagers because the she has to remain in trauma for full life and it is also to be taken as rarest amongst rare killing.
Is preventive policing working in Delhi? Delhi Police promises to make the city safer for women but a steady increase in the number of rape victims in the capital year after year shows up the gap between what the police says and what it is actually able to do.
It appears that it is not only Delhi police has totally failed in discharging their duties. What is happening in Haryana, Mumbai, UP, Bihar-the police needs introspection and training how to protect each and every citizen of not only Delhi but whole of country, and to enforce fear of laws in the minds of law brokers.
To enforce fear of law in the mind of every citizens is not possible without the help of Supreme Court because now criminal are not handicuffed, given bail easily by judges, not paraded publicly so they never feel ashamed for their crimes and shameful conduct.
"Punishments need to be exemplary which should be given before public and TV cameras if you want rule of law in India to be effective and to make the punishment deterrent for others otherwise who cares ffor law in India hemay be politicians or beaurocrats tp peon or businessmen or may be general public. "All are law broker"
There has to be a shock-and-awe campaign against those who kill or molest women. Fast-track courts should be established to ensure that the law is surgical and unrelenting not cosmetic and ritually in ensuring that offenders face the full force of justice, regardless of their rank and station." Unless number of judges are increased it will be foolish to see fast result of the 'fast track court' because one judge is for 100000 Indian how he will trail fastly???
