WHY PARLIAMNET IS DAILY ADJOURNED-ONLY GOD KNOWS

INDIAN PARLIAMENT
Why parliament is being ADJOURNED daily, no body knows except God. Though it is seat where issues are discussed and debated before taking shape of law.  It is being seen for the last many years that It has become a fashion of the elected parliamentarians not to function the  proceeding of  both the house under one pretext or an another to take political mileages.

People have chosen their representative with the hope so that they could emeliorate their problems and troubles to enact new laws or to bring new amendment to existing old law. But what is the conduct of the parliamentarians inside the house is very deplorable, shameful, distressing, lamentable, pitiful, sad, sorry, condemnable, irresponsible  reprehensible,  execrable, miserable, woeful,   and disgusting.

One out of 7 essential function function of the parliament is  to enact new laws. Our constitution has adopted a Parliamentary System of Government. Under such a system there is a curious mixture of the legislative and executive organs of the state. Law making is the primary function of any legislature. The Parliament of India makes law on all matter included in the Union list and concurrent list of course the state legislatures share with the parliament the power to make law from the concurrent list with its prior permission.

There are 56 bills pending either in the house or with government to be introduced in parliament-they are curiously looking towards ill-behaviour of their master(MPs) when they will come inside the house and take part in discussion to give them shape for the benefits of the citizens of India. It appears as if the congress and BJP have joined hands so that the LOKPAL Bill could not be discussed and meet the same fate as have been meeting for the last 36 years.

The essential part of elected members in parliament is to provide safeguard to those citizens who are law abiding. When Anna team claimed that the citizens are supreme it reacted badly to the elected members  and claimed that it is their jobs to make law as they are elected members of parliament.  Now what they are doing for the last 8 continuous seating that they did not allow the parliament to function and forgotten their duties towards nation.

The whole country is awaiting when they will pass the LokPal Bill or it will meet the same fate  as it has met 8 times before in the last 36 years. They appear to be not serious in passing it despite people pressure led by Anna Hazare  and Baba Ram Dev.

The most important bills like Lokpal Bill, Land acquisition bills, GST bill, the Judicial Standard and accountability bills, companies bills etc. No body knows when the MP will make up their mind to finalise these bills in the parliament after discussion and voting-people are looking towards the faces and behaviour of their elected members but they are careless.

It appears as if our MPs are enjoying holidays or picnic in Delhi as they are not really serious to their work and duty. There may be strike for one or two days in any industry by employees and government invokes Essential Service act to curb the strike, but in their case no one can invoke the provision of essential service rule for them -because boss is always right may be his attitude  wrong.

The role of speaker of both houses are also not understandable because instead of adjourning the houses they must must suspend the agitated parliamentarians who are interrupting the proceeding of a house. Let those MP be allowed to undertake work of both houses who understand their duty towards nation. The daily ruckus and uproar in the both houses are demeaning the value of parliamentarians in the eyes of their voters who are shirking from rightful and VVIP jobs.
