Suggestion to Tackle Doklam Stand-off

Doklam
India accused China of constructing a road in the disputed territory towards Doklam plateau, an objection that the Royal Bhutanese Army has also raised. India intervened in the crisis supporting Bhutan’s stand and asking China to halt its construction work. China claims Doklam plateau, an 89 sq km pasture that falls close to Chumbi valley at the corner of India-Bhutan-China tri-junction and is not very far from the Sikkim sector.Hon,ble Prime Minister,
To counter China daily threats and Stand off at Doklam Plateau, I am of the opinion that our govt must take following steps.

1. Bhutan be asked to either gift that portion of land near chicken neck to India or lease out for 1000 years to India. This steps will not only save our NE states but also in the interest of Bhutan as we will remain Buffer state to them.
2. To give befitting reply to China' threats, we should say to China that we can only afford to do trade with China on 'Bilateral Trade'. That means- we can not do business with enemy country in adverse/deficit Balance of Trade or payment.
"Our export and import will be equal" This more than may Atom bomb, and there would be public hue & cry from all corners of China. So, I think that above stated both steps can break down back bone of China goondagardi on both economically and internationally front.
3. If we take decision of bilateral trade which is most appropriate time now, which can prove boon for us.
This can create millions of million of jobs in India if we manufacture the goods at our home equivalent to $46 billion deficit our trade with China. Than, we can manufacture all those imported products on our lands with army of unemployed engineer's who are eager to manufacture if they get buying markets

Regards Jai Hind. Jai Bharat!
