In the worst ever terror attack in
Jammu and Kashmir since militancy erupted in 1989, on 14th February,
2019 at Pulwama, Srinagar (India), ‘a car suicide bomber on Thursday
rammed his SUV packed with 350 kgs of RDX with one bus of the ‘Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)’ carrying 35-40
troopers out of 78 vehicles coming
from the transit camp in Jammu and consequently, at least 40 (CRPF) paramilitary troopers were killed in the
deadliest terror attack witnessed in ‘three decades of Kashmir's insurgency’. Beside
killing 40 our brave men of the CRPF in this attack, the attack injured many
others troopers........ several injured personnel had to continue to battle for
their lives for many days.
“It looked to me that this coward act was a calculated mischief on the
part of Pakistan on the eve of coming election in May,2019 to defeat the Modi’s
government at the instance of some political party of India who looks hand in
gloves with Pakistan government to topple the Modi’s government.”
After badly hurt by the cowardly and dastardly act of
terrorism in our land of Jammu and Kashmir and at the instruction of the
terrorists’ bosses hidden in over cross the border, Pakistan,.......the Indian,
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's resolved and pledge to avenge "each drop
of tear shed" in the aftermath of the Pulwama terror attack.
In a direct warning to JeM and other terror groups taking
shelter in Pakistan, PM Modi on Saturday said: "Those who spray bullets or
those who provide guns and bombs to target our soldiers, will not be
spared." The grief over the dastardly attack on the CRPF jawan convoy
refuses to die down, and people across India are demanding a strong ‘action
& response; against these terror groups situated in the side of Pakistan.
“The Pakistan-based terrorist organisation, Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), which is behind the suicide bomb attack at the CRPF convoy in Pulwama, is running several training camps in ‘Pakistan Occupied Kashmir’, Pakistan, which are serving as the breeding ground of terrorism in India, especially Jammu and Kashmir. The Jaish-e-Mohammed's Rouf Asghar had stated before a rally in Karachi that the terror outfit will 'bleed India', and even mentioned Ghazi Rashid, who is being considered the brains behind Pulwama terror attack.”

On the threat and pledge of the prime minister Modi, it looked to me as if the India wanted to
start chalking out a retaliatory action plan,......though I had written
previously many times to withdraw the ‘illegal security granted to separatists and leaders
of Hurriyat’ but it was never acted upon by the NDA’s government in the
past....
.After having made several policies for the
last four years for NDA’s government by suggesting to prime minister Narendra
Modi through ‘Direct Message Authority’ given to me (Rajinder Vij) through his ‘Twitter Handle since 2015,’ the attack by Jaish-e mohammad 'terrorists on
our ‘Worthy CPRF’ at Pulwama in Srinagar, shook me so badly to suggest many
hard ways to prime minister to take immediately to revenge and avenge the
attack on our forces suggesting him to take stern actions against the Hurriyat
leaders and separatists in the state of Jammu and Kashmir who are enjoying
state security and hospitality.
Being a strategist and economist beside social
worker and environmentalist, I made an effective policy "Operation Allout" in 20160 to resolve the problem
of militancy in the Srinagar’s valley
being initiated at instance of Pakistan’s ISI after shameful defeat in the
hands of our Indian’s army in 1971.....when Pakistan was bifurcated into two
for formation of ‘Bangladesh’ ......and further to save BJP from sinking in May
2019’s General action and shameful defeat-------because the ugly incidents has
boiled the blood of all nationalists and further, nationalist have come out of
their houses to compel the government to take firm action against the
Pakistan........I had suggested 11 points to take against the ‘Hurriyat and theTerrorists’ hiding in POK which was implemented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi
without any loss of any time by withdrawing “MFN status to Pakistan on 14 Feb,
2019 and security cover given to main leaders of Hurriyats in the valley.
On my suggestion that either you order for 'Surgical strike on the terrorists' camp situated in Pakistan's area or voters of India would do surgical strike on BJP in coming election to defeat BJP,'.............than the Prime Minister took cognizance, and the state’s government withdrew the security firstly the 5 principals leaders and the Hurriyat leaders were getting for the last 24 years of security should protect back valley.
I wrote on 14th Feb, 2019 to prime minister Mr. Modi that there are many mistakes on the part of centre and the state as biggest cited above. The alone biggest Central mistake is that they are protecting traitors from our tax money and who have been constantly creating troubles--- for the cheap political mileage---- not for our country but also for common Kashmiri. They have been constantly instigating educated youth of the Kashmir------ especially leaders like Ms. Mehbooba Mufti----to fight against our nation and our forces who have been providing security to them at the mercy of the centre on the same pattern as that of the previous commit of Congress.

I conclude mistakes
on the part of our government as under to PM as under:
1. I fully agree with the Jammu and Kashmir's Governor that it is a biggest
mistake of the CRPF' forces to carry a convoy of 2547 soldiers at a stretch
because you are not opening threat to yourself but also creating traffic Hazard
on the national highway.
2. There's not only security lapses but it looks that there is definitely
moles in CRPF who has leaked the information quite earlier about the movement
of the convey.
3. It is a matter of grave concern, and sorrow why the security did not
have before hand the information about the assembly of 350 kilogram of blast
material near about.
4. All election right now all those leaders who support terrorism in any
part of the country the right to contest election must be withdrawn
5. Any security provided at the cost of exchequer to anti national leaders
must be withdrawn immediately
6. There should be simultaneously 'Surgical Strikes' at five places with
deadly target to kill at least 200 soldiers of Pakistan in a revenge against
killing of our soldiers by the Cowardly and dastardly attack on our forces
7. Since Mehbooba Mufti must be arrested who has been constantly
instigating and visiting the houses of those youths who have inkling towards
terrorism and want to teach a lesson to India by killing innocent people and
security forces, so in my opinion she must be lifted off and be arrested before
tomorrow ‘Sun rising and brought to
Tihar Jail in Delhi’. I express my
deepest and heart felt condolences to the families of our veer 44 martyred
jawan.
In another, I suggested that the hide out of the terrorists bosses be found out with the help of the USA, UK etc countries and be attacked 3 missiles without waiting any consequences of the war between two countries without any fear at ‘Bagalpur and others in POK........even if we have to postpone the general election, we should....though I am against war and the war is not last solution to end terrorism from our land in Kashmir.
At last on 16th Feb, 2019, I again wrote that Our blood are boiling with anger after the #PulwamaTerroristAttack' incidents----+the whole country men are looking towards your actions. I have suggested, now it is up to the Prime Minister of India to take the final decision and otherwise, ‘to bear the consequences which the party will have to bear if no security given to traitors are not withdrawn.’ We don't want to take revenge only but we want permanent solution of the Srinagar's problem.
Besides raising, I had
given 11 suggestions to Prime Minister to deal with the problem of militancy in
Srinagar, out of which the government has instantly implemented all the 11. Besides
suggesting to withdraw the security of separatists, I had suggested to Prime
Minister to stop trade with Pakistan from adjoining border of POK, stop water
flowing from India to Pakistan, stop bus service going to Muzaffarabad, abolish
370 & 35A permanently, and further suggested to stop the trade between
India and Pakistan going from the ‘Chakan the Tiger and Barter from Rawalakot’
....so that the fire in your house can be cooled immediately.
On the Feb 17, 2019, “Please locate the location of 'Sayeed Slauddin, Hafiz Saeed, and Masood
Azhar' in Pakistan with help of Russia and USA etc. Simultaneously, fire three
missiles at their location to destroy three enemy of India and rest missile at
the training camp like Bhagalpur and in POK.”
On
18th Feb, 2019, I further wrote Dear PM, All India has Welcomed the
step taken to withdraw all security and govt facilities to the following
separatist leaders: 1) Mirwaiz Umar Farooq 2) Abdul Ghani Bhat 3) Bilal Lone 4)
Hashim Qureshi 5) Shabir Shah All security vehicles provided to them have been
withdrawn.....It is good but when we shall gather courage to abrogate Article
370 When no security cover would be provided to rest of 20 separatists.
'As per government statement, secuirty cover given to 919 separatists in Srinagar have been since withdrawn and 9 separatists leaders......Shabir Shah, Alam Bhat, Altaf Ahmed Shah, Yasin Malik, Masarat Alum, Asiya Andrabi , etc have been sent to Tihar's jail after having arrested by NIA ('National Investigation Agency')......The NIA probe seeks to identify the chain of players behind the financing of organisation...... in hand in gloves with Pakistan' bosses for illegal transfer of money to terrorists as desired and suggested by me to prime minister. This alone decision hasve spared more than 1000 security personnel and have saved more than Rs.250 Crores per years which had being used for providing security and purchasing cars for them.'
As suggested to stop barter trade going on
between India and Pakistan across the India and POK’s broder, the finally
government of India, India has suspended the trade across the
Line of Control (LoC) with Pakistan from 18
April, 2019 after probe agencies(NIA) found and confirmed the route was being
"misused" by elements from the neighbouring country to smuggle
illegal weapons, drugs and fake currency, a government order , as I suspected
that comes true.
“Over 45 countries
including the US and China reacted to the dastardly attack on CRPF jawans. The
United States not only condemned the attack but also attacked Pakistan for
harbouring terrorists.”
It warned the nation to deny safe haven to terrorists or
any terror outfits. Russian President Vladamir Putin sent condolences to Prime
Minister Narendra Modi and his counterpart President Ram Nath Kovind.
France also condemned the attack and extended support to
combat terror networks and cut their funding to prevent such cross-border
attacks. While China expressed condolences and condemned the act of terror, it
still did not change its stance on Masood Azhaar, who is the founder of
Jaish-e-Mohammed.
While
acting upon my tips, the prime minister of India acted swiftly on all my
suggestion and ordered the ‘Air Forces’ to attack the hide out of the terrorists
in ‘Balakot and POK’ with ‘Guided missiles’ nearly killing 300 terrorists stationed there and destroyed their training camp totally. Our purpose was achieved what I had suggested to PM to act upon.

I further wrote to the
Prime Minister that 'while it is a mistake of intelligence’s failure, it can not
be denied that anyone in the CRPF has given all information about the bus to
the militants' and also advised for migration of the army from one place to the
another place by use of either ‘Chinook helicopter or AN32 transport ship’
against the instruction of the home minister.
Going against the order
of then home minister, Mr. Rajnath Singh, I wrote that by using air lifting of
our forces as per my suggestion would not only save the time of our forces but
also absolve them from the risk of insecurity, and people who go by the road
would not feel any inconvenience by movement of our forces by road. I am
thankful to the PM that.......”my suggestions was implemented by the Prime
Minister immediately and allowed our forces to use ‘air services not for
movement within the J&K’ but also when they avail their leave to meet their
families.”
In the past, It was not
believed ever that it would become the foreign policy of the country by making
a statement against the country of Pakistan at 4.30 a.m. that evening, when he
heard the suggestion of Prime Minister Imran Khan's statement of Pakistan. He
urged the Prime Minister not to give any and Pakistan on the incident of the
Pulwama and said that before Pakistan he asked that what decision has been made
to those who had sent dossiers on the militant incident of Pathankot and Uri
till date.
Before this, I had also
given many meaningful, virtual and relevant suggestions on “Doklam Logjam to
solve it without military” and....... Srinagar’ crises. The ‘operation All Out’
was also my suggestion with hard wordings which PM acted upon after taking six days to resolve the Kashmir ‘s problem
firmly to logical end....Indian army was given free hand to kill terrorist
outfits and separatist leaders were arrested by NIA on illegally fundings and
involvement in sedition.
Since 2008 alone, out of the 3,287 total recorded fatalities in J& K, 740 were Security ... bomb attack outside the Srinagar secretariat killing 38 people and injuring 40 others. After ... This includes 86 civilians, 95 SFs and 276 militants Fatalities in the state had declined from a high of 541 in 2008, which included 69 civilians, 90 security forces personnel and 382 militants, to 117 in 2012 comprising of 16 civilians, 17 SFs and 84 militants.
The year 2018, was the bloodiest year in the valley since then, with a total 457 casualties. This includes 86 civilians, 95 SFs and 276 militants. Civilian and SF fatalities in 2018 were even higher than in 2008
On 26 the June, the Modi's government appointed 'senior IPS officer Samant Goel as the new Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) chief 2019 by prime minister Narendra Modi. and appointed senior IPS officer Arvind Kumar as the director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) for following the after effects after #BalakotStrile while I was totally ignored.
With distress, I have to say that the person like me who prompted prime minister to revenge and give plans to avenge and revenge after #PulwamaTerroristAttack was not honoured and even he did not feel courtesy to call me who planned whole operation as nationalist while my both policy of "extreme nationalism and Kisan Sammam Yojna" .......giving RS.6000/- p.a to farmers holding 2 hectare of land...... made his return with thumping majority. ut I badly insulted by his attitude of self centered.
