Modi fails to Give Befitting Reply To Pak After Uri's Attack

 Though on economical front, our prime minister  Narendra Modi has failed on economic matters- to generate new jobs, control dignity of rupee, to give impetus to business and have a cap on corruption at micro level where majority of people suffer in the hands of clerks and officers - as promised in his lection campaign but he was trying to reach every head of strategic country to achieve success in foreign policy. 

He tried to win the confidence of the Pakistan prime minister when he landed in Pakistan in clandestine way to meet his counterpart Nawaj Sheriff. But he failed to win Nawaj Sheriff’s confidence and contrary to his friendly approach, the Pakistan gave him ugly scene of terrorists act at Gurdaspur and now at Uri in J&K state which has badly baffled the mood of every citizens of Bharat, and has enraged every citizens on the cowardly act of Pakistan’s army.

Uri Attack

After the audacious Uri attacks on Sunday that resulted in the death of 18 jawans or more, it is fairly certain that India won't launch any military offensive against Pakistan, at least in the immediate to short term.  There is probability that NDA’s government "strategic patience" is actually an euphemism for military incapability to fight war for a longer period and it appears that Modi’s government failed to pile the ammunition like Manmohan Singh Government so prime minster choose to be stoic after Uri’s attack.

Even after outburst by Nawaj Sheriff, the UN chief  Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, has toed India's line in maintaining that Kashmir remains a bilateral issue.

Apart from the world condemnations of Uri attack with statements from France, UK, US, and even China, Russia has called off the joint military exercises with Islamabad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Even if though denied by USA-USA or European Union put sanction on Pakistan that will never solve the problem of terrorism play in India being played by Pakistan’s army because they are annoyed after the creation of Bangladesh in 1971 war. India will have to take hard measure to compel Huriat leaders to leave the act of terrorism in Kashmir and to make the citizens of Pakistan to stand up against government and army of Pakistan to stop act of terrorism in India so that they could meet both  end .

India is land of non-violence –but that does not mean that if it has given birth to Mahatma Budh or Mahatma Gandhi, we may behave like King Ashoka-his mistake can not be repeated in the present text when both the nation are equipped with nuclear weapon and Pakistan is bent upon terrorism to disturb the peach and challenge the patience of Bharat.

After breaking silence of 8 days after terrorist attack on our army at Uri, PM Modi sent a strong message to Pakistan from Kozhikode where the three-day Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Council’s meeting has been going on since Friday and PM Modi said, “I want to talk to the people of Pakistan from here today”. On Uri attack he said, “Our 18 soldiers had to sacrifice their lives because of terrorists exported by our neighboring country”..and further said that our 18 soldiers had to sacrifice their lives because of terrorists exported by our neighbouring country.

Contrary to what he professed during his election speech-we will not accept threat of Pak or write letter after any terrorist incident he choose middle way of diplomacy rather than direct military action against Pak’s army.

PM Modi left no stone unturned in his speech to make terrorism of Pak a international issue which eye burnt the pak media. Reacting on his speech, Pakistani media reacted sharply. Geo TV in Pak states, “Spewing hatred against the neighbouring country, Modi accused Pakistan of being ‘the epicenter of terrorism’ and claimed it was ‘exporting terrorism’ to the world.” The News of pak also termed Modi’s speech as venomous and wrote, “Spewing venom, Indian PM Modi accused Pakistan of being ‘the epicenter of terrorism’ and claimed it was ‘exporting terrorism’ to the world.” 

Since Modi does not want to score immediately against Pakistan so he must take concrete measures to destabilize the moral of Pakistan people and scenarists in Jammu and Kashmir state of India.

In my opinion, India should first of all declare 6 main scenarists-namely Syed Ali Shah Geelani  of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat; Mirwaiz Maulvi Farooq, the leader of Awami Action Committee; Yasin Malik of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF); Shabir Ahmad Shah is the founder and president of the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP); and Masrat Alam etc- as terrorist once they are branded terrorist or spreading terrorism on the land of Bharat-they will loose all government security and financial supports and they would prefer to hide them selves to save their lives from other their counterparts.

Secondly, those scenarists who love Pakistan or their regime they must be arranged to export to land of Pakistan, thirdly but not least, country should think of making surgical attack on the separatists hide outs and their camps in POK without fearing of subsequent war.

Already, Modi government lost the opportunity to attack all separatists when they have assembled near Wagah border ahead of their Independence Day, which they have announced to observe as 'black day' in support of Kashmiri separatists and if he had attacked Modi might have become international hero on the same days but he  kept slept.

Fourthly but not least, Modi government must immediately break down the Sindhu’s river treaty to make suffer the citizens of the Pakistan to put economical pressure on Nawaj Sherriff to stop terrorism on the land of India if they need water for the survival of their country men since River Indus holds particular importance to the country Pakistan and has a major impact on its economy. The country is a third world country with an agro based economy and hence derives its water needs from the river.

Though, the river Indus flows through three countries: China, India and Pakistan. But the country which receives a major part and most benefit out of it is Pakistan. The northern areas of Swat and Baltistan have been embellished by the pure blue waters of the river. The river provides as a source of irrigation or the crops and the view of lush green fields surrounding the gushing blue river is emarkable.
