Pakistan PM Upheld Majesty Of Supreme Court & Democracy?

19-01-2011,  Pakistan's Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gilani today,  upheld the majesty and modesty  of Supreme Court having appeared before the Supreme Court in Islamabad, where he faces charges of contempt of court for refusal to issue letter to ask Switzerland to re-open corruption cases concerning President Asif Ali Zardari, and other officials, as demanded by Pakistan’s judiciary.

Contrary to Indian Politicians, where it is very difficult to bring the corrupt politicians to  agree to appear before any court despite so many efforts by any court in India, the Pak prime minister Gilani without failed appeared before the court in a very jolly mood giving a signal that  he is not only ready to be crucified for President Zardari but also justified to its citizens that he is not above law of land merely being prime minister of the country and proved beyond doubt that he is true guardian of democracy in Pakistan.
Generally, prime ministers are rarely ordered to appear before the Supreme Court except former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who was also asked to appear before the court in 1997.

His appearance before the Supreme Court can become a big propaganda to win next election  where party can profess before its voters that our prime minister is very brave who have the guts to challenge  the army for their nefarious design who is contemplating to take over the power. Secondly he has not bowed before the court to beg sorry and had proved that democracy is still alive in Pakistan with his efforts and sacrifice.

Actually, it looks as if the former president of the Pakistan Pervez Musharraf and ex-commander of army,  was playing game from self exiled in Dubai  with the help of the Pak army so that he could capture the power and army could  show to the world that they have not captured the power.

Dawn News channel reported that Pasha enjoys a long history of relations with Musharraf. During Musharraf’s last year as President in 2008, Pasha was appointed to the key post of Director General of Military Operations.  And when  Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani become army chief of the Pakistan, he promoted Pasha to the rank of Lieutenant General and appointed him the chief of the ISI.

Currently two important cases have been registered against Pervez Musharraf in Pakistan. An Anti Terrorists Court has already declared Musharraf a proclaimed offender in the Benazir murder case. One more case has been put on the face of ex-president Musharraf, the latter  also been named in Akbar Bugti’s murder case in Balochistan.
It appears in Pakistan, the whole drama on #Memogate which is going on; is the result of hand-in-gloves of all three-army chief Kayani, ISI chief and ex-chief and former President Musharraf who want to topple the government for their  vested interest because army has tasted power in past and know it well that once come into power they can make billions and put in Swiss banks and avail the same immunity to be prosecuted by any court of law in Pakistan as granted under NRO. So, all trio want to install Mr. Musharraf as President of Pak who is now considered as civilian but behaves like a general in consonant with Army and ISI.

What the court take last decision with regards to NRO with regard to  immunity granted to Pakistan President against whom  no corruption case can be initiated along with 8800 others corrupt officials.

Unless the activities of the ISI in Pakistan is not disbanded, there is hardly any likelihood that Pakistan can ever see the pace of progress  and face of peace and tranquillity because the whole energy of nation and money is being wasted in countering mischievous and nefarious activities of the ISI.
